• Voucher is valid from Sun 12 Jul until Sun 22 Nov 2026, Sundays 2pm - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Sat & 6 Sep 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 13 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Includes afternoon tea for two; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian option available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Gluten / wheat free options are not available.
• Includes a hot drink of choice each. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
