• Voucher is valid until Tue 30 Jun 2026, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2025 & 1-2 Jan 2026.
• All bookings are subject to a £3.95 online booking fee paid directly to Go Ape.
• Aberfoyle: Valid 10am - 3pm.
• Dalkeith: Valid 10am - 2pm.
• Peebles: Valid 10am - 2pm Mon - Fri and 10am - 3pm Sat - Sun.
• Matfen Valid 10am - 2pm Mon - Fri and 10am - 3pm Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking or re-schedule within 48hrs of your booking. A £5 re-scheduling fee applies within 7 days.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 10+. Children aged 15 and under must be supervised by a participating adult with a valid ticket. One adult can supervise up to two children.
• Duration approx. 1-3hrs.
• Minimum height 1.4m/4ft7. Maximum weight 130kg.
• Recommended to wear gloves and comfortable clothes with waterproof coat. Sandals, flip flops, Crocs, slip-on or high heel shoes not permitted. Long hair must be tied back.
• Weather dependent; bookings will go ahead in wet or windy weather, but may be cancelled in case of thick ice, thunderstorms or gales. Venue will be in touch to rearrange if your booking cannot take place.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
