• Voucher is valid from Tue 6 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Tue, Wed & Fri 9am - 6pm, Thu 9am - 8pm, Sat 8.30am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45 mins
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2.5 hrs. Please note colour will be a half-head of foils only. Upgrades to a full head of foils are available for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly. Patch test may be required.
• Supplementary charge of £3 required for those with hair extensions; payable direct.
• Deal is valid for stylists Eilidh, Kirsty or Paul.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
