We had a fabulous stay at The Highland Hotel. It overlooks the spa town and steeped in history and Victorian architecture. Our dinner was delicious and the welcome drinks were appreciated. Our room was cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. During our stay we were treated like VIPs by all the staff. It was such a lovely experience

Everything was perfect

On arrival about an hour early the Receptionist said our room was ready so we got in. The room was very clean and tidy. The. radiator was working although we didn’t really need it as was lovely weather.
The staff were very helpful from the Receptionist to waitresses in Dining room. The evening meal was excellent including the bottle of wine as part of our deal. Breakfast each morning was also very good with no time to wait. The young waitress Ellie was so nice and also Allan in dining room.
