Hotel: clean & comfortable room (looks & feels new/updated) with corner sofa in room. Toiletries better than usual in this standard of hotel. Staff - very friendly & welcoming.
Location: tram stop couldn't be closer. Supermarket across from the hotel & seafront @5minute walk.
