• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Jul 2026, Mon - Sat; subject to availability. 
• Please check timetable for available class times. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the class.
• All classes must be booked in advance by email.
• 4 class options: Includes 4 class credits to use over 30 days. Valid on any classes. First class must be taken by Wed 1 Jul 2026 to benefit from all 4 classes. 2 person option: Classes must be taken as a pair.
• 6 weeks option: Includes 6 weeks of unlimited classes. First class must be taken by Fri 19 Jun 2026 to benefit from the full 6 weeks.
• Duration: approx. 60 - 90 mins depending on class.
• FAQS are available to help you prepare for your first class.
• Max 1 voucher purchase per person. Additional vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Over 16s only. 
• Class includes use of a studio yoga mat or you may bring your own. If using a studio mat, please bring a towel to cover it. 
• Please bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
• Wear close-fitting, breathable and lightweight clothing. Avoid baggy clothing.
• Suitable for all levels of fitness.
• Please discuss any medical concerns with your doctor and inform teacher before class.
• Not suitable for those who are pregnant unless practising before pregnancy and past first trimester.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
