- The first and only custom-built heated yoga studio in Newcastle, bringing a range of classes to the city from the heart of Heaton
- The infrared heater panels and ventilation system help create the perfect environment so that you can gain the benefits of hot yoga practice
- Practicing in the heated studio lets your muscles, ligaments and joints stretch further without causing injury, as well as increasing your heartrate for a great cardiovascular workout
- Whether you've practiced yoga before or are trying it for the first time, the experienced, professional teachers are there to guide you through each of their classes
- Just 10 minutes walk from Chillingham Road station and right on the 62 and 63 bus routes

- Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Aug 2026 until Wed 17 Mar 2027, Mon - Sat; subject to availability.
- Please check timetable for available class times. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the class.
- All classes must be booked in advance by email.
- Includes 2, 4 OR 6 class credits to use over 30 days. Valid on any classes. First class must be taken by Tue 16 Feb 2027 to benefit from all classes.
- Duration: approx. 60 - 90 mins depending on class.
- FAQS are available to help you prepare for your first class.
- Max 1 voucher purchase per person. Additional vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
- Over 16s only.
- Class includes use of a studio yoga mat or you may bring your own. If using a studio mat, please bring a towel to cover it.
- Please bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
- Wear close-fitting, breathable and lightweight clothing. Avoid baggy clothing.
- Suitable for all levels of fitness.
- Please discuss any medical concerns with your doctor and inform teacher before class.
- Not suitable for those who are pregnant unless practising before pregnancy and past first trimester.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
