Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Sep until Sun 30 Nov 2025, 7 days, 10am - 11:45am; subject to availability.
• Audio guided tour takes 45 minutes and may be taken after your breakfast tea booking. First entry to the visitor attraction is at 10am, last is at 3pm.
• Tours may be restricted on some dates; if the visitor attraction is unavailable on your required date, a voucher for a return visit to take the tour will be arranged on the day. Visitor attraction opening times are updated weekly here.  If you would like to check a specific date please phone 0141 483 1600.
• Voucher must be booked at least 12 hours in advance and by Fri 21 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 vouchers per table.
• Breakfast tea only with one serving tea or coffee each; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Please note that 48 hours advance notice is required for vegan options.
• Includes a mimosa each. Non-alcoholic version available.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Children permitted; additional food to be paid directly. Ages 0-9yrs can attend the tour free of charge, ages 10-15yrs require a supplementary charge of £7.50 per child, payable directly.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
