• Voucher is valid from Thu 9 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026, Mon - Sat 9am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays, 16-28 Jul & 10-16 Aug 2026.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Please note a medical questionnaire and facial consultation must be completed prior to treatment
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable after the first trimester pregnancy; please note products and protocols will be adapted accordingly. 
• Treatment may be suitable for those in remission; please discuss directly prior to booking.  
• Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa at time of booking. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 45 OR 60mins. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
