- Begin with a friendly and informative discussion with your host, where you’ll be talked through the ingredients used to create Innis & Gunn’s fantastic beers
- Learn about the core Innis & Gunn range, along with a few beer samples before you begin making your very own brew in the brand new, purpose-built brew room!
- Add yeast and hops to your creation then after a few weeks of fermenting you’ll be able to take away a 5-litre uncarbonated mini keg of your specially made brew to show off to all your pals!
- Full beer tasting of the core range, with a 1/3rd pint of four beers

- Roast chicken and avocado ciabatta with lettuce, mayonnaise and fries or salad
- Halloumi gyro with roast pepper, sundried tomato, skin on chips, tahini yoghurt served in Blood Red Sky flatbread
- Flat iron steak, beer braised onions, bell peppers and American cheese in a ciabatta with fries or salad

- Voucher is valid from Thu 4 Jul 2024 until Sat 30 Nov 2024, Thu - Sun 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes 14, 30 Jun, 5-6, 14 Jul 2024.
- Voucher must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and by Fri 22 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Over 18s only.
- Duration approx. 5 hrs dependent on class size.
- Brew school experience includes sample of beer style being made that day, full lesson on how to make beer, lunch with schooner of beer, full beer tasting from the Innis & Gunn core range and a 5L mini keg of own beer to take home.
- Max of 12 people per group.
- Suitable shoes should be worn as there will be handling of hot water.
- ID may be required.
- Includes one course from the lunch menu. Menu is subject to change. 1 person option: Max of 10 vouchers per table. 2 person option: Max of 5 vouchers per table. Vegetarian, vegan and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
- Includes a schooner of beer with lunch, 1/3 of 4 beers at the beer tasting and a small (approx. 75ml) sample of each beer at the beginning of the brewing session. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
- Members will be able to take home a mini 5L uncarbonated keg of their own beer (this can be collected 2-3 weeks later).
- No wheelchair access available.

- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
