Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 31 May until Sun 26 Jul 2026, Sundays only at 11am or 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Masterclasses available on 31 May, 14 & 28 Jun, 12 & 26 Jul 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Groups of 6+ can take a private masterclass. Classes smaller than this will be mixed.
• Valid for sushi masterclasses only; cannot be used on food.
• Suitable for ages 12+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 2hrs 
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• A soft drink, glass of wine or pint of beer can be added for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
