We found the hotel via SatNav/post code as it was not obvious to find at first. Registration with the essential Itison voucher number was easy and friendly. Our rooms (we have stayed twice) were lovely and clean with a view over the garden. TV reception was fair. The spa suite was amazing, clean, welcome and well used, a big plus for us. Our evening meals were good quality and quantity and the staff pleasant and attentive. Despite having to leave very early the next morning, we were nevertheless able to have a quick sample of the breakfast uncooked menu, thank you.
