• Voucher is valid from Thu 10 Apr until Thu 31 Jul 2025, 7 days, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 20 Apr & 16 Jun 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Jul 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Afternoon tea; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Prosecco options: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Leisure access options: Includes access to the leisure club with 15-metre pool, gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Please note that due to classes, leisure access is not available at the following times: Mon - 12-12.45pm, Tue - 9-11am & 4-6pm, Wed 9-11am, Fri 10-10.45am, Sat 9am-1pm & Sun 9am-12noon.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
