Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon 9:30am - 5pm, Tue-Wed & Fri 9:30am - 5:30pm, Thu 12noon - 8pm, Sat 9am - 5pm, Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday & Sunday bookings; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please purchase your voucher before contacting the salon to book.
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
• You must be over 16 or have permission from a parent/guardian. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 45 mins
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 2hrs. Patch test & consultation required 48hrs before appointment. 
• Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 2.5hrs. Patch test & consultation required 48hrs before appointment. You must not have had colour treatment two days prior or after keratin treatment. Treatment replaces keratin in the hair; it is not a chemical straightener but may have some straightening effects.
• Please note, you cannot request specific stylists for your treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
