• Voucher is valid from Sat 28 Feb until Sun 31 May 2026, Mon - Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Telephone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with venue.
• Duration: up to 45 mins.
• Includes skin analysis, application of Healthy Skin Booster and a Kiehl's goody bag to take home.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
