• Voucher is valid until Thu 24 Nov 2022, Mon, Thu - Sat 9am - 3.45pm and Sun 10am - 3.15pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per customer.
• Only one option can be redeemed at one sitting.
• Option 1: choice of coffee and cake each. Table required back after 45mins.
• Option 2: choice of brunch or lunch dish each. Table required back after 1hr 45 mins.
• Menu is subject to change
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
