• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Mar until Fri 26 Jun 2026, Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun. 
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 5 days in advance and by Fri 12 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Duration approx. 30 min horse riding OR 60 min farm tour. 
• Hack: Multiple vouchers can be used to book into one group session; max of 4 people per group. Suitable for ages 4+. No prior riding experience required. 
• Farm tour: Max of 5 people per group/activity. Suitable for all ages.

• Hack: No wheelchair access available. 
• Farm tour: Can be made wheelchair accessible with advance notice. Please advise at time of booking. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
