• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, Mon - Thu 10am - 3pm, Fri 10am - 5pm & Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays. Please note there is limited availability on Saturdays. Late nights available on request. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Online bookings only; please contact salon directly to add additional time for long, thick hair.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 2hrs 30mins.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 3hrs 30mins.
• Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 2hrs 45mins.
• Option 5: Treatment duration: approx. 3hrs 45mins.
• Please note there is a supplementary charge for hair past shoulder length, please discuss directly with salon.
• Max 2 colour options. Colour and styling upgrades can be discussed directly with salon.
• Colour appointments: Patch test required at least 48hrs in advance. Please discuss directly.
• Please note that offer is for new clients only; not valid for any existing appointments or with any loyalty offers.
• Offer valid with stylists, colourists and senior stylists only.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
