• Voucher is valid from Thu 4 Dec 2025 until Sat 28 Mar 2026, Thu - Sat 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Appointments also available Tue 23 & Wed 24 Dec 2025. 
• Excludes 25-31 Dec 2025 & 1-11 Jan 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Consultation forms must be completed before treatment begins. Where necessary, medical approval evidence may be required.
• Clients with any known contagious body or skin conditions cannot receive treatments until fully cleared by a medical professional.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 (1 x 60min OR 2 x 30min treatments) OR 90 mins (1 x 60min and 1 x 30min treatment). 
• Option 1 & 2 includes a choice of treatment(s); option 3 is a set treatment with massage, facial, LED therapy and heated boots.
• Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before prior to your treatment start time.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Limited wheelchair access available; please note the main entrance has two steps.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
