• Voucher is valid until Sat 28 Nov 2026, Mon - Sat 9am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays. 
• Please note additional timeslots may be available; discuss directly. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• No minimum age for treatment; for treatments for under 18s please advise at time of booking. 
• Treatment duration approx. 45mins OR 60mins.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
