• Voucher is valid from Fri 20 Mar until Sun 14 Jun 2026, Fri at 6pm, Sat - Sun at 12pm, 3pm & 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Thu. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. Please note a maximum of 1 date change can be accepted. 
• Max 3 vouchers per booking.
• Suitable for ages 3-13yrs.
• Drop & go event; staff are PVG trained. Limited space available for parents to stay; please discuss directly prior to buying a voucher.
• Max of 12 per group; subject to availability.
• Duration: approx. 2hrs. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
• Wheelchair access available. Accessible toilets available within Avenue Shopping Centre. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
