Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep until Sun 29 Nov 2026, 7 days, departing at 10am, 11am, 12noon, 1.15pm and 2.15pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 13 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Advance ticket collection required. Vouchers must be exchanged at the booking office for a boarding pass before joining the boarding queue.
• Passengers should be at the waterfront no less than 15 minutes prior to their departure time.
• Departure times may vary due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. 
• Sail duration: approx. 40mins or 1hr.
• Seating is unreserved. 
• Dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £2 per dog; payable directly.
• Family ticket is for 2 adults & up to 2 children.
• Suitable for all ages. Children are classed as 5-15 years. 
• Meeting point: Trossachs Pier, Loch Katrine, By Callander, Stirling, FK17 8HZ.
• Includes car parking up to 4 hours.
• Includes a choice of steak pie, chips and peas or quiche, salad and chips or a kids main meal, with a soft drink, tea, coffee or hot chocolate each. Served at the Steamship Cafe, after your cruise. Cafe is open until 6pm.
• Vegetarian and gluten/wheat-free options are available; these must be requested at time of booking. 
• Max of 6 people per table.
• Tables may be required back after 90mins.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced ticket collection required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
