Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 12 Nov 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, Mon & Thu - Fri 8am - 12noon & 4pm - 8pm, Sat - Sun 8am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tue - Wed.
• Mixed & private session options: Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2027.
• 10 x session option: All sessions must be booked by Wed 3 Mar 2027. 
• Online bookings at least 48 hours in advance required.
• Once booked, the voucher is non-refundable. Voucher can be rescheduled once for an admin fee of £5; payable directly. 48 hour notice required.
• Mixed sessions: Suitable for ages 18+. 
• Private sessions: Suitable for ages 14+.
• Duration approx. 50mins.
• Max of 12 people per session.
• Bring your own swimming costume, towel to dry off with and a towel to sit on. Changing facilities are available.
• Wild swimming is at your own risk.
• Consult your GP before taking part if you have any underlying medical conditions
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
