Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Oct until Sun 1 Nov 2026, 7 days 9:30am - 3pm subject to availability. 
• Excludes 19 & 26 Oct 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Sun 18 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online booking only; only 1 voucher can be redeemed at a time. Vouchers must be pre-booked and cannot be redeemed on site.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we will try rearrange your visit for another time; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. A ticket is required for each person taking part in the trail.
• Tickets are for anyone over 2 years old. Under 2's are free of charge but will require a ticket; please book directly.
• Any additional people or extras can be booked and paid for when booking itison voucher.
• Duration approx 3hrs. Please arrive within your chosen start time. Unfortunately alternative time slot for late arrivals can not always be offered and you may be required to reschedule your booking.
• Please check in and collect your activity packs from the wooden trail shop located in Luss South Carpark. (please check your booking confirmation for additional details)
• Trail is all outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
• The trail is not recommended for buggies or push-chairs due to steps and steep slopes.
• Well behaved dogs are welcome on the trail however dogs are not permitted in Luss Faerie Tale Farm and Pumpkin Patch.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
