• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Oct 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days, 9am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24-26 & 31 Dec 2025 - 2 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 12s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or if breastfeeding. 
• Please note some treatments may need not be suitable for specific conditions. You can find a list here.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1 hour. 
• Beginners should aim for 15-20 mins of sauna before taking a break and one session of 20 mins in total. You can work up to longer sessions with regular use.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Please note use of cold pod is optional and there is an instructor on site to ensure safety at all times.
• Weather dependent; sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled in the event of extreme weather conditions, please note rain alone does not qualify as extreme weather.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
