- Steamed West Coast mussels cooked in a white wine sauce with garlic, cream and parsley
- Goats’ cheese potato cake served with marinated tomato, confit garlic and olive tapenade
- Haggis bon bons served with a confit turnip fondant, rosemary potato mash, toasted oats and a Loch Lomond whisky sauce
