• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Apr 2024 until Sat 19 Oct 2024; subject to availability. 
• Apr-Sep: Valid Mon-Fri 10am-5pm and on the following Saturdays: 20 Apr, 4, 25 May, 22 Jun, 20, 27 July & 3, 10, 24 Aug 2024. Excludes Sundays and all other Saturdays.
• Oct: Valid Sat 10am-5pm on the following dates: 5, 12 & 19 Oct 2024. Excludes Sun - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Oct 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive the thermal and Rasul package at the same time. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 120mins including changing/showering (30mins Rasul treatment and 60mins thermal suite) 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
•  You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
•  Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
