- Created by best friends Giancarlo and Toni, who were inspired to bring one of America's favourite fast food concepts to the UK after a holiday in the States
- The chicken is marinated in buttermilk and other secret ingredients for 24 hours, coated in their own house dredge and fried until crispy & golden, then finished with Nashville inspired spices
