• Voucher is valid from Tue 6 Oct 2026 until Tue 30 Mar 2027; Tue 9am - 6pm, Thu 10am - 6pm, Fri 10am - 2pm, Sat 9am - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon & Wed, 24 Oct, 21 Nov, 24-26, 31 Dec 2026, 1-7 Jan, 6 Feb 2027.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Over 18s only. Women only salon.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins (30min facial and 30min back, neck & shoulder massage or 60min luxury facial).
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
