• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct 2025 until Sat 28 Mar 2026; subject to availability. 
• Oct - Dec: Valid Mon 10am - 3pm, Tue & Fri-Sat 10am - 6pm & Thu 10am - 8pm. Excludes Wed & Sun.
• Jan - Mar: Valid Fri-Sat 10am - 6pm & Thu 10am - 8pm. Excludes Sun - Wed.
• All options also exclude 25-26 Dec 2025, 1-7 Jan, 14 Feb 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30 mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60 mins
• Option 3 duration: approx. 30 mins.
• Option 5 duration: approx. 60 mins (1 x 30 min express facial & 1 x 30 min back, neck & shoulder massage).
• Option 1 & 2: Shellac nails will last 2-3 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Valid on bare nails only and one colour. Not valid for nail art.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
