Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 2 Apr until Sat 27 Jun 2026, Thu - Fri 10am - 8pm & Sat 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 12 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Shellac options: nails will last 2-3 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Valid on bare nails only and one colour. Not valid for nail art.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
