• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, Sun - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Mon - Fri or Sun options available at checkout.
• Excludes Saturdays. 
• Phone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with spa, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Over 16's only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment may be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission as long as it has been 6 months since their last treatment. If you are currently undergoing or have undergone cancer treatment in the past 6 months, please discuss directly.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 55 minutes with an optional 25 minute massage.
• Single treatment options: includes choice of 55 min facial or couture touch treatment. Full body massage not included.
• Two treatment options: includes 55 min facial and 25 min back massage. Full body massage not included.
• Includes full leisure access.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
