• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 May until Sun 31 Aug 2025, Sun - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 15 Jun 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 1 voucher per table. 
• Valid on food from the a la carte menu only; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. Restaurant is 100% gluten free.
• Not valid on internal offers, lunch or pre-theatre menus.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
