Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 16 Nov 2025, Mon - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 1 voucher per table.
• Includes a smokehouse main each; menu subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for sticky beef short rib; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Option 1: Includes a soft drink each.
• Option 2: Includes a 175ml glass of house wine or pint of house beer each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Cashless venue. Card payments only.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
