• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr until Tue 30 Apr 2024, 7 days, 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 23 Apr 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Please discuss directly.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1: Duration: 55 min treatment followed by 2 hours use of outdoor spa facilities.
• Option 2: Duration: 85 min treatment followed by 2 hours use of outdoor spa facilities.
• Please note indoor pool, sauna and steam room are currently closed for refurbishment. 
• Includes afternoon tea.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available; please advise on any requirements at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
