Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 6 Jan 2027 until Thu 25 Mar 2027, Wed - Sun 11am - 1pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue, 12 - 14 Feb & 7 Mar 2027.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Thu 18 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Please note that card details are required for bookings; no payment will be taken.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Includes a brunch main and hot drink each plus a portion of hash browns to share between two; menu subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required for alternative milks; payable direct.
• Vegetarian, and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
