• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Jul until Sun 1 Nov 2026; Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with clinic.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 OR 90mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
