• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Dec 2024 until Sat 31 May 2025, Mon - Thu 9:30am - 8:30pm, Fri - Sat 10am - 6:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun, 24 Dec 2024 - 2 Jan 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 May 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with clinic. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins. 
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr. 
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 45 mins. 
• Option 4: Includes 2 sessions for one. Treatment duration: approx. 45 mins per session. 
• Option 5: Treatment duration: approx. 90 mins. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
