Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026; subject to availability.
• £30 voucher: Valid Mon - Sat 12noon - 3pm.
• £50 or £75 vouchers: Valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 8pm and Fri - Sat 12noon - 2pm. 
• Excludes Sundays, 14 Feb, 7 Mar 2026 & rugby match dates.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Voucher spend is valid on food from the à la carte menu; subject to change.
• Please note voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Not valid on the drinks menu.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
