Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, Sun - Fri 12noon - 8.30pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4-5, 11-12, 18-31 Dec 2026, 1-8 Jan, 12-14 Feb, 7, 28 Mar 2027. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 24 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• A £10pp deposit will be required to secure booking. This will be refunded or deducted from your final bill.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max 3 vouchers per table.
• burger option: Includes an 8oz beef burger and chips each.
• Bavette option: Includes a 250g bavette steak with chips and peppercorn sauce each.
• Sirloin or fillet option: Includes a 400g sirloin or 300g fillet steak with chips and peppercorn sauce each.
• Chateaubriand option: Includes chateaubriand steak with a choice of 2 sides and 2 sauces to share between two.
• Menus are subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with an orange juice.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
