Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct 2025 until Sat 28 Mar 2026, Mon - Fri 12noon - 6pm & Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays, 29 Nov - 31 Dec 2025, 1-11 Jan, 13-15 Feb & 15 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Please note, a £10pp deposit will be required to secure booking. This will be refunded or deducted from your final bill.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per table.
• Includes 2 OR 3 courses from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at the time of booking.
• A supplementary charge of is required per person for bavette steak; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with an orange juice.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• No wheelchair access available.  
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
