Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026, Sun - Fri 12noon - 8:30pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Wed 23 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Please note, a £10pp deposit will be required to secure booking. This will be refunded or deducted from your final bill.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max 3 vouchers per table.
• Option 1: Includes an 8oz burger and chips each.
• Option 2: Includes a 250g bavette steak with chips and peppercorn sauce each.
• Option 3: Includes a 400g sirloin or 300g fillet steak with chips and peppercorn sauce each.
• Option 4: Includes chateaubriand steak with a choice of side and sauce to share.
• Menus are subject to change. No vegetarian or gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with an orange juice.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• No wheelchair access available.  
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
