• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Mar until Sat 4 Jul 2026, Mon - Tue & Thu - Sat 9.30am - 5.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note Friday & Saturday availability is limited. 
• Excludes Wed & Sun.
• Phone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Suitable for all ages. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 50-70mins, depending on hair length & thickness. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
