Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 31 Mar until Sun 28 Jun 2026, Tue - Fri & Sun 4pm - 9pm, Sat 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays, 3-5 Apr & 21 Jun 2026.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Advance booking not required for takeaway.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 1 voucher per two people; max of 4 vouchers per table. 
• Valid on food & drink from the a la carte menu; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please note that all dishes including those marked gluten and nut free are prepared in the same kitchen so unfortunately the restaurant cannot guarantee that cross contamination will never occur.
• Valid for sit in or takeaway. Pre-order is available.
• If sitting in, table required back after 1 hr 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required for sit in or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
