• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Mon - Wed 10am - 8pm, Thu 10am - 10pm, Fri 10am - 6pm, Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. Please state your full name, contact number, voucher purchased and availability upon enquiry.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60 min.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 2 hrs.
• Option 2: Includes cupcakes, afternoon tea and Prosecco. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
