• Voucher is valid from Tue 18 Feb until Sat 31 May 2025, Tue - Sat 10am - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 12 May 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Options 1 & 2: Includes choice of soup, sandwich and a drink each. 
• Option 3: Includes cream tea each.
• Option 4: Includes afternoon tea each.
• Menus subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
