• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Sun 17 May 2026, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email or telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24hrs hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for over 17s only. Please note that one adult must hold a current valid driving license to take part; passengers do not require a license.
• Duration approx. 1 hour including 20 minute safety briefing and 40 minutes on the water.
• Max weight of 25 stone. Max 2 people per safari.
• Includes wet suit, life jackets and helmet hire. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
• Weather dependent. Your safari will be rescheduled if weather conditions exceed safety limits including if the temperature falls below 9 degrees, the wind speed is more than 22 knots, visibility less than 2000 metres and waves are more than a crest long from the shore.
• Meeting point: Beaconsfield Car Park, Tynemouth, NE30 4JF,  next to St. Georges Church.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
