• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Sep 2025 until Fri 21 Nov 2025, Sun - Fri 12noon - 8pm, Sat 12noon - 2.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 14 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please state your voucher code when booking.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Includes sharing experience platter; menu subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Includes a cocktail each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1.5 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
