• Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Feb until Wed 30 Apr 2025, Tue - Sat 9am - 5:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon & 13-14 Feb 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Apr 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Cut & blow dry: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins. 
• Cut & blow dry with toner: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins. Patch test required at least 48hrs before appointment; please arrange directly. Appointments cannot be accepted without patch test.
• Half head highlights: Treatment duration: approx. 2.5hrs. Patch test required at least 48hrs before appointment; please arrange directly. Appointments cannot be accepted without patch test.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
