• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Mon 30 Jun 2025; valid 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20pp is required for Fri - Sun and bank holiday (18, 21 Apr, 5, 26 May) bookings; payable directly.
• Excludes 14 Feb & 30 Mar 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups permitted. Max 2 people; subject to availability.
• Treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breast feeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa at time of booking.
• Includes 2 x 25 min treatments from a set list.
• Includes robe and towel hire. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 4 hours use of the leisure facilities.
• Lockers require a £1 coin.
• No disabled access available.
• Free car parking available; spaces subject to availability.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
